This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation, refund,
and modification terms applicable to bookings made through the website operated
by Alto Enterprises Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
By using the website and making any booking, the User agrees to be bound by this Policy.
1. Role of the Company
The Company acts solely as an intermediary/facilitator between the User and
third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators,
and other suppliers. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of
the respective service provider.
2. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be made through the Company’s official website or via registered email support.
- Cancellation charges are determined by the respective airline/service provider and may vary depending on fare type, booking class, and time of cancellation.
- In addition to supplier charges, the Company may levy its own service or processing fee.
- Some bookings may be non-cancellable and non-refundable as per supplier policy.
- Partial cancellations may not be allowed for certain bookings.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the Company receives confirmation and funds from the respective service provider.
- The Company shall not be liable to process refunds in cases where the service provider denies or delays the refund.
- All eligible refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
- Convenience fees, service charges, and processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances unless stated otherwise.
4. Refund Processing Time
- The Company will initiate refunds within a reasonable time after receiving the refund from the supplier.
- Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
- The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by external payment systems.
5. No-Show Policy
In case the User fails to utilize the booked service (including failure to check-in or board),
the entire booking amount may be forfeited depending on the supplier’s policy.
The Company shall not be liable for any refund in such cases.
6. Amendments & Rescheduling
- Amendments such as date changes, passenger details, or itinerary changes are subject to availability and supplier policies.
- Additional charges, including fare differences and amendment fees, may apply.
- In certain cases, Users may be required to contact the airline or service provider directly.
7. Special Conditions
- In case of technical errors, pricing discrepancies, or payment failures, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking.
- In case of fraud detection or unauthorized transactions, the Company may cancel bookings without prior notice.
- If a booking is cancelled directly with the airline or service provider, the User must inform the Company to initiate refund processing.
8. Insolvency / Non-Performance of Service Providers
The Company shall not be liable for any refunds or compensation if an airline,
hotel, or other service provider suspends operations, becomes insolvent,
or fails to provide the booked service.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or refund failures caused by events beyond its control,
including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the booking.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses,
including loss of business, profit, or opportunity.
11. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate booking details.
- Users must review cancellation and refund rules before confirming bookings.
- Users are responsible for complying with airline and travel regulations.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
